Free delivery threshold
Orders over $6,000 ship free within our standard nationwide service area. Below that, freight is quoted from the depot closest to your zip code.
Tilt-bed drop delivery
The standard method. The trailer tilts and the container slides off as the truck pulls forward. Allow roughly 60 feet of straight clearance for a 20ft unit, 100 feet for a 40ft, and 14 feet of overhead clearance.
Crane or forklift offload
If you have lifting equipment on site, we deliver on a flatbed and you offload. This is the best option for tight lots and for setting units on piers or foundations.
Lead times
In-stock units typically dispatch in 3–7 business days. Modified units ship 1–2 weeks after fabrication approval; container homes run 3–6 weeks.
Site readiness
Ground must be level within about 3 inches and firm enough for a loaded truck. If the driver cannot safely place the unit, a re-delivery fee applies.
Delivery windows
You get a scheduled window and a driver call 30–60 minutes ahead. Someone must be on site to direct placement and sign the receipt.
